Reportedly Recruiting 5 fromis_9 Members, Big Planet Made Speaks Up

Secondupdate.com - Fromis_9 recently decided not to renew their contract with Pledis Entertainment. In addition, many rumors suggest that the group has been recruited by Big Planet Made management.

This news was first reported by Maeil Business. The article claimed that the members of Fromis_9 had signed contracts with Big Planet Made. However, Taemin SHINee's management denied this claim.

"The article released today claiming that five members of fromis_9 have joined our management is not true," the management stated.

On the other hand, Big Planet Made is known as an agency that manages popular K-Pop idols. Some of the artists under Big Planet Made include VIVIZ (formerly from SOURCE MUSIC), Taemin (formerly from SM Entertainment), Ha Sung Woon (formerly from WAKEONE), and Ren (formerly from NU'EST).

Additionally, Big Planet Made has a subsidiary, INB100, now managed by Baekhyun of EXO. This management oversees top artists such as Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin.

Meanwhile, fromis_9 officially left Pledis and HYBE Labels on December 31, 2024. Below is the full statement from Pledis Entertainment regarding fromis_9:

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the fans who have loved fromis_9.

The exclusive contracts with fromis_9 (Lee Sae Rom, Song Ha Young, Park Ji Won, Roh Ji Sun, Lee Seo Yeon, Lee Chae Young, Lee Na Gyung, Baek Ji Heon) will end on December 31. We have had long and in-depth discussions with the members of fromis_9 regarding their future and the direction of their individual careers. Finally, we have mutually agreed to end the exclusive contracts amicably.

Fromis_9 joined us in August 2021 and has released various songs such as "Talk & Talk," "DM," "Stay This Way," "#menow," and "Supersonic." They have grown into artists loved not only by their fandom, FLOVER, but also by many other K-Pop fans.

We also want to thank fromis_9 for their dedication over the past seven years, showcasing their various charms and exceptional talents.

Fromis_9 will release a special song for their fans as a token of appreciation for FLOVER on December 23. This will mark their final official activity as artists of Pledis Entertainment. We fully support fromis_9's future endeavors.
